  • Is there a warranty on the product I buy?

  • My play equipment requires installation and surfacing. How do I know what that will cost?

    Your Play Guru will prepare an estimate for you, complete with any installation and surfacing costs, tax (if applicable), and shipping.
    Did you already purchase your equipment? It’s not too late. Get in touch with a Play Guru and they’ll get started on a quote right away.

  • What’s a quote and what do I do with it?

    A quote is an estimate of whatever information of any of the following applicable items: installation, surfacing, tax (if applicable), and shipping. You’ll receive it via email from your Play Guru. When you’re ready to order, sign and return the proposal along with your payment, and we’ll begin the order process.

  • Is my organization eligible for a discount?

  • Can I change my order?

    You have up to 48 hours (2 business days) to change your order. After that, the assembly lines’s already cranking out your equipment and it’s too late to make a change.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order up to 48 hours ( 2 business days) after order placement. Once an order enters our manufacturing system (24-36 hours after you place an order), a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
