  • What are my shipping fees?

    Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the product you buy and the distance it travels to reach you.

  • How are the products shipped to me?

    Our orders are shipped to you on a big semi truck by a common carrier, a professional trucking company that provides delivery service for a variety of companies. In other words, we don’t have a fleet of Playworld Systems delivery trucks.

  • How can I check on the status of my order?

    You’ll receive an email when your order enters manufacturing and another email when it is shipped to you.

  • How will I know when my order has shipped?

    We’ll send you an email when your order leaves our factory.

  • How do I track my shipment?

    We’ll send you an email once your order leaves our factory. This shipping confirmation email will contain the "Pro" number assigned by the carrier shipping the order to you.

  • How do I schedule the delivery of my shipment?

    Our delivery carrier will call you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery time. You’ll receive an email from us confirming that your order has begun processing; it will also include an estimated ship date and instructions on how to receive your shipment.

  • What’s the secret to a successful delivery?

    Before delivery, we’ll email you a checklist and instructions for receiving delivery. Use the checklist to make sure your delivery includes all the items it should, and that they’re in good condition. If a part is missing or damaged, please note it on the carrier’s delivery paperwork.

  • A part of my order is missing or damaged. What do I do?

    Ugh. These things happen from time to time, and we know how frustrating it can be. If you notice something missing or damaged during the delivery, make a note of it on the carrier’s delivery paperwork. If you don’t notice until later, our Customer Service folks will be happy to help you.
