  • Shipping

         • Items can be shipped within the continental United States only
         • Items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes
         • Due to the size and weight of the equipment, all shipments will be made by common freight carrier
         • You will be provided with a freight tracking Pro Number via email after your order has been shipped
         • The common freight carrier will call 24 hours in advance to arrange a delivery appointment
         • The common freight carrier will also be notified via shipping instructions that inside delivery and a lift gate are required

  • Returns

    We want you to be delighted with Playworld Systems. If you’re not completely satisfied with your PlayExplorers purchase, we’ll promptly exchange or provide a merchandise credit for any returned stock item. Any item that comes in only one color palette is a stock item. To return a stock item, just contact us within 30 days of delivery acceptance. A Play Guru will confirm and arrange for your return. Freight charges and return freight charges are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    Any item that offers multiple color palette options is a custom item. Since it’s made to order, we can’t accept returns on custom items. We also do not accept returns on any item that’s been installed. But we do everything we can to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase, custom or otherwise.

  • Cancellations

    When you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. Once an order enters our manufacturing system (within 24-36 hours of ordering), a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
